Inc, which was established in 1981, and provides financial services solutions through 4 key verticals:The team’s Corporate Services vertical includes: corporate cash management, retirement plans, stock option exercises, rule 10b5-1 plans, lending programs, hedging strategies, Rule 144 Transactions, Stock Buy-Backs, and introductions to Oppenheimer investment banking.Our Multi-Family office vertical provides wealth management solutions to high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families. Our services include pre/post liquidity planning, financial planning, portfolio management, tax-loss harvesting, insurance, estate planning, legacy planning, and advisor coordination with accountants, attorneys, etc.The team’s asset management vertical manages a number of discretionary investment strategies through Oppenheimer’s OMEGA Portfolio Management Program. Portfolio manager Joan Gilchrist runs a Global Equity Portfolio, Multi-Strategy Portfolio, and a Corporate Cash Management portfolio.
