Key responsibilities include- Ownership of the frontend estate of products using a tech stack including Vue 3, TypeScript, SCSS, Cypress- Advising the DevOps team on how to deploy the frontend products- Making recommendations on usability, performance and security within frontend estates- Following security best practices to ensure access to proprietary systems is restricted- Designing and writing efficient code that falls within the existing software standards- Taking part in peer code reviews- Creating test scripts for integration with testing framework- Exploring the use of emerging technologies within the frontend world to better enhance the service offering for our customers- Advising the technical lead on the best products/frameworks to use for a particular task so we always use right tool for the right job.
