A member of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition, in this role I own or provide leadership for the following key areas: TA Digital/Technology, Process & Experience - Strategic oversight of key Talent Acquisition technology platforms including Workday Recruiting, ServiceNow, Beamery, HireVue, Paradox, Horsefly & Textio - Global Process Owner for all key Talent Acquisition processes and associated compliance - Innovation Roadmap including new technology implementation, Process Optimisation and Continuous Improvement - Strategic development of the experiences of our Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates - Creation of the Talent Data & Intelligence strategy - Owner of Project Portfolio including leadership of Project Management team Post Merger/Acquisition Harmonisation - Leading the workstream to harmonise the Talent Acquisition functions of AZ with Alexion Pharmaceuticals - Leading the workstream team (c10) across both AZ and Alexion - Delivering alignment of processes, suppliers, technology, policies and experiences - Playing a key role supporting other HR harmonisation workstreams i.e. Reward, T&D and HRIS External Workforce Management - All contingent hiring across the UK, US & Sweden through the management of two Managed Service Providers (MSP)- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) suppliers in the US, Sweden & Japan - Outsourced Service Provider (OSP) program leadership and overall accountability for the associated VMS technologies, SAP Fieldglass & Utmost - Preferred Suppliers for Contingent Recruitment and Executive Search - Additional Strategic Suppliers e.g. LinkedIn & background checking
