We then provide a customized plan from a certified health coach based on these objective body composition measurements. Our unique approach eliminates weight from the wellness equation and puts the focus on things that actually matter like our muscle mass, metabolism and body fat. I founded Body Knowledge with a mission to educate as many people as I possibly could that weight simply doesn\'t matter to our health.
