After a brief 6-month stint with Fischer Development Company as a Construction Superintendent, I was recruited back to Palmer Engineering to open and manage a new satellite office. In this role, the office has grown and we have built one cohesive unit that has earned a reputation for getting results. In 2015, Palmer Engineering was one of four engineering firms selected for the Kentucky Highway Safety Improvement Program, and my office was selected to lead this contract. Over the 2-year project, we built robust relationships with key stakeholders and delivered tangible results that led to a 2-year contract renewal. As a lifelong learner, I obtained my Professional Traffic Operations Engineer Certification (PTOE) in 2011 and then my Project Manager Professional (PMP) in 2017
