I\'m excited to be a part of such an amazing company with fantastic leaders!As a Market Manager with Comcast I have the opportunity to coach, lead, and inspire our Retail stores to bring the best customer experience to our customers when they visit one of our stores. I create \"wow\" moments where our customers are truly excited and impressed with their visit to the Retail store and can\'t wait to tell someone about it! The customer experience is our #1 product.I started my career with Comcast as an Xfinity Sales Professional in 2013. I was promoted to an Xfinity Sales Executive in 2014 and then promoted to Sales Development Manager 2015, followed by a promotion to Area Sales Manager in 2017. Most recently I accepted a promotion to Retail Market Manager in January 2022. Throughout my tenure at Comcast, I have consistently exceeded sales goals and have been recognized as a individual top performer in the Washington Region for 2014, 2015, then as a Sales Manager in 2016 and next as an Area Manager in 2018 and 2019, and most recently as a Regional Sales Manager in 2020. Prior to working for Comcast, I was an Operations Supervisor for a large enhanced 911 center. This supervisory experience provided me with the skills to successfully lead a team, even during high stress situations. It also provided me opportunities to coach and mentor my employees, all while helping them reach their goals. Personally, I am a motivated, hard-working individual who possesses strong leadership and communication skills. I believe in leading by example, as can be seen in my work ethic and professionalism.
