April 2025Following the acquisition of Stryker\'s Spine business, I was retained by VB Spine as the Manager of their Design Quality Engineering team, a group of seven quality engineers responsible for ensuring the safety, efficacy, and compliance of our product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle. My team and I support our new product development projects by establishing and maintaining robust quality processes focused on maximizing patient safety.July 2025To best support VB\'s aggressive pursuit to expand its portfolio in spine, my focus shifted to support the following key initiatives:• Rewrite process for evaluating and onboarding OEMs• Establish a new process for co-development projects in compliance with existing design controls• Act as Principal QA representative on OEM and co-development projects• QA Lead of a focused team to simplify the existing suite of design control procedures
