DestinationCore is a PaaS website product built for the Destination and Place Marketing industry. Overseen the development of the product from vision creation, through to BETA development and market launch. Built the team from the ground up to a total of 12, and work cross functionally with developers, project managers, QA testers, sales and marketing support and outsourced third-party development teams. Implemented an agile delivery method to help manage the product development roadmap. Created a collaborative working environment via daily standups, weekly developer showcase, bi-weekly scheduling, backlog grooming, monthly team meetings and regular feedback and product ideation sessions.Responsible for developing client relationships with key stakeholders and facilitating client workshops to define business objectives and KPIs, agree product configuration, estimate budget, define MVP, identify target audiences, develop user personas, managing scope, and create SoWs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Develop and manage product vision• Client services, including workshop facilitation• Use marketing intelligence to inform development roadmap• Build relationships with key industry stakeholders• Identify and develop relationships with technology partners• Oversee sales and marketing operations• Day-to-day management of development and project management teams• Work with project managers to manage product development roadmap• Implement, refine, and improve processes across the entire operation
