Leading a team through an exciting period of change, I am contracted by Rother to identify, propose and initiate an overarching strategic asset management plan across an extremely wide range of buildings, land and asset classes. In addition my team have a long list of legacy matters to attend to including buying and selling numerous investments, landlord and tenant / property management matters as well as managing heritage assets. Alongside this I am reviewing and restructuring the team, its processes and resources to ensure they are fit for the future as well as delivering a Devolution programme.
