I am a debt finance partner at Temple Bright and support borrowers, lenders, shareholders and management teams who are putting in place or restructuring their debt finance, security or intercreditor arrangements. I work with early stage businesses, SMEs and corporates on their working capital, growth capital, real estate investment and development facilities (including Islamic finance) as well as invoice finance, acquisition and vendor finance, and general corporate facilities. I have worked with real estate investors and developers (across a number of asset classes including PBSA, logistics, business parks, hotels and residential developments), businesses in the manufacturing, wholesale and retail, distribution and logistics sectors and professional partnerships. Temple Bright is a chambers practice providing commercially relevant advice from a team of senior solicitors with a background in leading commercial firms. Our offices are in London EC2 and Bristol. Having developed an efficient structure in which experienced lawyers advise in person, we can offer a higher level of service with greater creativity and value than traditional firms.
