I lead team of research chemists in the Department of Chemistry at the University of York. Our research is focused on the development of new methods for the synthesis of macrocycles, spirocycles, heterocycles and natural products.Current Research Interests: Macrocycle and medium-sized ring synthesis, ring expansion, spirocyclisation reactions, cascade reactions, photochemistry and biocatalysis.
