Core Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the end-to-end funding process for small to mid-sized business clients seeking working capital solutions. • Evaluate business financials, cash flow, and risk to determine suitable funding programs and terms. • Maintain strong relationships with brokers, ISOs, and direct clients to generate consistent deal volume. • Negotiate funding offers and coordinate with underwriting to structure competitive terms. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations during the funding process. • Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for renewals, consolidations, and cross-sell.
