Through this project I was able to identify over $100k in mispriced products while expanding technical capabilities- Implemented a rate discretion process to allow Branch and Regional Managers to provide rate discretion, decreasing our team\'s pricing request volumes by 70%- Managed pricing, implementation, and communication for all retail mortgage, term, and demand product rates across 130+ financial products totaling billions in assets for Canada\'s largest credit union- Developed and documented a standardized rate change process for multiple stakeholders, improving execution speed, accuracy, and auditability during organizational merger transitions- Managed 100+ monthly pricing and exception requests, including early redemptions, complex multi-product blend-and-extend transactions, and IRD calculations.
