   Currently directing a team of 25 employees to lead the COVID testing effort in the city of Worcester. Responsible for reporting results to the State and Senior Leadership including the CEO. Capable of testing at least 1,100 patients in less than four hours.*Led a team of 15+ in Caring for the Caregivers during phase one of COVID to help provide services to frontline staff. Examples include free coffee, free mental health, accepting donations, and childcare.*Responsible for planning and managing large scale, multimillion-dollar, clinical and non-clinical IT-related projects enabling employees across seven campuses for the largest health care system in Central Massachusetts.*Successfully analyzed and delivered more than $100K in cost-savings for $10M AGFA budget through effective external outsourcing and vendor management.*Directed a team of 13 employees rolling out more than 250 AGFA & Epic workstations following the Agile methodology, including for Radiology, Cardiology, Clinical, Mammography, and IT, on time and under budget.*Managed a team of four project manager’s, IS resources, and vendors to ensure efficient and effective systems solutions deployed, including a $7M application upgrade of Windows 10 and portfolio of 50+ IT applications.*Assisted the team in rolling out a Telehealth application during the start of COVID in March and April.*Led a PMO redesign to develop, enhance, and streamline processes to deliver an Agile methodology.*Mentored other project mangers in project delivery, project estimates, and budgeting.*Actively engaged in taking over more responsibility from the PMO Director when he transitions out. This includes being responsible for team meetings and reporting to Senior Leadership.
