Will Smith is a Partner at 5th Century Partners, where he leads the firm’s Portfolio Optimization Practice and serves on the Investment Committee.Smith works closely with founder-led healthcare and business services companies to accelerate growth, strengthen operations, and drive long-term value creation. Since joining 5CP in 2023, he has led the development and expansion of the firm’s Portfolio Optimization Practice, providing hands-on operational expertise and strategic resources across finance, operations, human resources, and commercial execution.Over the course of his career, Smith has held senior leadership roles within private equity-backed healthcare organizations spanning growth strategy, operations, M&A integration, and organizational development. Prior to joining 5CP, he served as Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at One Call, where he helped support the company’s growth to more than $1 billion in revenue and contributed to the integration and scaling of multiple healthcare services businesses.Smith also brings extensive experience advising leadership teams and private equity-backed boards on operational improvements, strategic growth initiatives, and value creation strategies.Outside of 5CP, Smith serves as President of Leadership Jacksonville and remains actively involved in leadership development and community engagement initiatives.
