Established in 1986, we currently have clients in all 50 states (and several foreign countries) and perform approximately Reserve Studies each year. Our clients include condominium associations, HOAs and other single-family home developments, vacation ownership resorts, and other commercial, educational, worship, and recreational facilities. Association Reserves is a nationally recognized leader and provider in the Reserve Study industry. With our nationwide client base, we were an early proponent of, and continue to be an advocate of National Reserve Study Standards.Specialties: Reserve planning, including estimation of useful life, remaining useful life, and replacement cost estimates, as well as funding plan design and long-term financial strength modeling. We provide complimentary funding plan software and a customized presentation video to our clients in order to help them make decisions regarding long-term planning for their common area assets.
