I am an experienced Water and Environmental Consultant, with a guiding desire to protect and enhance the world in which we live. As a Chartered Civil Engineer I am passionate about our natural environment and the place that our communities have within it. As such, I seek solutions that work within and to enhance that environment and deliver sustainable living in an effective way. With experience throughout the UK water industry and in innovative Water and Structural Engineering design, I am capable of working effectively in a variety of situations, focusing on high quality, strong outcomes and the most effective routes to achieve them. I enjoy the challenge of understanding and amalgamating different stakeholder needs and finding the route that takes us to effective solutions. As a previous EA Appointee to the English Severn & Wye Regional Flood & Coastal Committee (RFCC) I understand the complex landscape of funding, Assurance and working with partners and communities that is required for successful scheme delivery.
