I worked on the real estate development team where I managed divisional accounts in Georgia, Texas, Arizona, Utah, and California to develop electric vehicle chargers on Kroger banner stores. Regularly meet with vendors such as Tesla, Electrify America, and EVgo to propose site locations and layout designs to division leadership. I analyzed store performance, location, and read through lease agreements, REAs, and other legal documents to determine the best stores and locations for chargers. Proficiently utilized applications such as Real Estate Manager, Content Manager, Salesforce, and Microsoft office suite to manage store accounts and create opportunities. I had the opportunity to work with the division interface team drafting SNDAs and estoppels for re-finances or sale of property. I also worked on PRM drafting approval letters for different use variance requests.One particular project I worked on was with the technology department to develop a software enhancement to salesforce allowing proper alt profit reporting for EV site expansions. During this project I meet with the Salesforce admin to make proper adjustments and test functions within the enhancement to ensure proper functionality.
