Helping financial advice and insurance firms develop confident, exam-ready professionals.I work with individual learners, as well as financial advice and insurance firms directly to support L&D, HR and compliance teams in building effective learning solutions that improve engagement, confidence and long-term capability.I’m part of Bespoke Training Solutions, within the Davies Group, working in Client Success across commercial study solutions and apprenticeships. I support individuals and firms as they onboard new colleagues, scale learning, and develop future talent through regulated exams.I bring lived experience to these conversations. I also support individual learners through CII qualification pathways and have used the BTS suite of resources extensively myself - achieving the CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning alongside Level 3 certificates in Mortgage Advice and Equity Release.Alongside my professional development, I completed a bachelor’s degree part-time with the Open University, which strengthened my belief in lifelong learning and continues to shape how I approach development, structure and support.Always happy to connect with individual learners, L&D, HR and compliance professionals, or to share perspectives on exam support and adviser development.
