With over 9 years of real estate, private equity, credit investing, and investment banking experience, I am a seasoned Vice President at Tannenbaum Capital Group (\"TCG\") Real Estate, affiliate of the mortgage REITs Southern Realty Trust (\"SRT\") and Sunrise Realty Trust (\"SUNS\"). With a focus on the Southern United States, we provide capital to sponsors of transitional commercial real estate business plans with opportunities for near-term value creation, all collateralized by top-tier assets across the Southern US.Transaction sizes range from $15-250mm+, structured as, a) First Mortgage Loans, b) A/B Notes, c) Mezzanine Loans and/or d) Preferred Equity. We will participate in both early-stage and late-stage business plans including refinance, bridge-to-stabilization, liquidity recapitalization, acquisition, ground-up development, renovation, reposition, adaptive reuse, Holdco loan, stressed/distressed note purchase and other special situations.Previous to my career as a lender at TCG, SRT, SUNS, and AFC Gamma, I was an experienced investment banker at Baird. I graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in Economics.
