Manage a team of 7 employees consisting of a data scientist, four software engineers, two business requirement analysts to support a program of over 100 people in ensuring success for the program. Analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvements. Work with other process engineers in integration of new and existing business processes. Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activities. Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes, and risks. Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions for improvements. Prioritize and execute projects for ongoing business improvements. Provide and implement technical advice on processing technology, capability, risks, and costs. Design, Architect, develop, and implement multiple ServiceNow enterprise application solutions using either custom applications using record producers or using out of the box features/modules such as service catalog, software asset management, procurement modules, and hardware asset management to fulfill program needs that provides success for the program. Collaborated across many internal Leidos groups to build an enterprise ServiceNow to Costpoint solution that receives procurement requests to be coordinated between planners and buyer to ingest approved data to create purchase orders. Developed applications and processes that automated many manual data and labor-intensive tasks that assisted the program from over running its labor yearly budget. Solution multiple tableau dashboards to assist the program in managing the measured criteria for program performance which consistently scored over 85% or higher in the last two years.
