I started my career in lending, working on facilities up to £70m across residential and commercial development and investment, gaining valuable experience and knowledge across a variety of loan structures.After some time, I couldn\'t help but think things could be done better for the end customer - the developer. Firstly, I saw first-hand that across the industry, whether it’s smaller bridging loans or multi-million development facilities, most deals are run through email and fragmented workflows. On top of this, the traditional broker model often doesn\'t give developers enough control. They are left to wait for call-backs, and rely on someone else to gather all their information. So, I started iBrokr to try and evolve the developer journey.In around 15 minutes, developers can apply for Decisions-in-principle from multiple lenders at once, from anywhere in the world, at any time of day. Compare competitive lender offers in hours (or minutes), choose the best option and apply directly on iBrokr; upload documents securely, and move straight into a full application. It’s a digital journey, but it’s not “hands off”.We provide end-to-end broker support to navigate the process, speed things up, and secure the best possible terms, without having to deal with the usual back-and-forth, call-backs, or admin drag.We\'re still building, and I\'m constantly trying to improve.The goal is simple: to build a customer focuses journey that makes financing projects faster, clearer, and less painful than the traditional broker model.
