I worked in numerous Service Management roles before moving into Project, and more recently, Programme Management. Alongside this experience, I have a well-rounded understanding and knowledge of the Project Delivery Lifecycle. This has involved producing a Solution Development Lifecycle Processes. I have actively managed Change Control and Client Relationships and have delivered projects and programmes, utilising recognised qualifications such as PRINCE2, following multiple methodologies. Roles have required communication across different geographies, strong teamwork and the ability to learn quickly and apply solutions. I have also worked on projects that adhere to ITIL and CMMI requirements
