I joined Imagen when the organization was 15 employees and have grown with the company to over 150 FTEs. The majority of my time with the company has been spent overseeing the creation of FDA-cleared, AI medical devices and building (including P&L ownership) the operations team for onsite diagnostic imaging programs covering X-ray, Mammography, Ultrasound, Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Echocardiology, and Fundoscopy. Outside of these core responsibility areas I\'ve also been directly involved in or responsible for direct sales, sales pipeline design, sales collateral, marketing collateral, website design, customer and vendor contracting, IT security (SOC2 & HITRUST), quality management system (QMS) oversight, FDA submissions & inspections, office management, legal & compliance, and corporate governance.As Senior Vice President-Hired and built an operational organization of 50+ FTEs that delivered permanent, in-office diagnostic medical equipment and programs to primary care and multi-specialty clinics-Onboarded 15+ customers, including mid-market and enterprise, totaling $10mm+ annual revenue across 13 states-Created 24x7, 365 day-per-year radiology coverage and 7 clinical programs spanning radiology, cardiology, and optometry-Established metric-based management system to measure and evaluate customer deployments and ongoing operations
