About Will Nelson
I am a third-year student at Dartmouth College, originally from Jamestown, North Dakota, majoring in Government and History with a minor in Public Policy.My passion for politics and public policy has been shaped by hands-on experience—interning with nonprofits and political campaigns, advocating for legislative change at the state level, holding leadership roles on N.D. youth-centered boards, and working on Capitol Hill. At Dartmouth, I try to use my campus involvements to deepen my commitment to civic virtue and political involvement.After graduation, I plan to hopefully pursue an M.A. in History or Public Policy before attending law school. My goal is to eventually work in a federal judicial or regulatory capacity, focusing on constitutional law—particularly in the areas of civil rights, antitrust, and election law.
