With over 12 years of experience in Tier 1 manufacturing, I am a Director of New Product Introduction at Evtec Aluminium Limited, a leading manufacturer of high-performance aluminium components for automotive and industrial applications. I am responsible for overseeing the e2e process of launching new products/processes, from design & feasibility to testing and production, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. I have a master\'s degree in project management and a strong background in governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC), which enables me to effectively manage complex and cross-functional projects, mitigate potential issues, and deliver optimal results. I also have excellent communication and leadership skills, which allow me to build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, engineers, and executives. My mission is to drive innovation and excellence in UK manufacturing, and to contribute to the development of sustainable and efficient solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
