The Membership Engagement Director is responsible for fostering a positive membership experience by working with members to ensure that they are aware of the Chamber’s offerings that correspond with their objectives. This role is responsible for retention through membership renewals and increasing non-dues revenue, while helping businesses achieve their objectives through the Chamber’s four pillars: Networking and Business Development, Community Engagement, Advocacy and Educational Opportunities. They are a valuable resource to hundreds of businesses and are a very important part of the team in assisting the organization to meet its goals. I also organize the Chamber\'s Annual Restaurant Week.
