ABOUT WILL MORTON
I am a qualified Engineer at Tribosonics working as the Research and Innovation Technical Manager. My passions include Extreme Sports, Cars and anything mechanical. Since a young age I have always dismantled things to gain an understanding of the mechanics and internal functions, looking for ways to adapt, modify and improve the inner workings. I am currently restoring my project car in my free time! Within my role I specialise in technical problem solving, project management, manual prototype machining, mechanical design, recruitment, team development and management. I enable customer problems to be planned, solved and delivered! Within my career I have won and been shortlisted for multiple awards- Shortlisted for The AMRC Degree Apprentice of the Year 2021 - Shortlisted for The AMRC Degree Apprentice of the Year 2020 - Shortlisted for The AMRC Machining Apprentice of the Year 2019 - Made in Sheffield Apprentice of the Year 2018 - AMRC First Year Apprentice of the Year 2018 - Tribosonics Inventor of the Year 2017
