Cleaning and analyzing large datasets, applying Bayesian analysis to identify correlations between patients\' biomedical factors (BMI, weight, diet, etc.) and changes in glucose and insulin levels post-treatment. Designed and trained a multilayer perceptron network to predict these changes, thereby predicting treatment effectiveness. Collected biomedical data from volunteers (i.e. weight, measurements, hair/nail/blood samples) for Nutrition for Precision Heath, part of NIH’s All of Us. Currently writing a research paper on findings.
