Entrepreneurship law clinic students provide legal support to other university students in Kentucky, including students from the University of Louisville Entrepreneurship MBA program. Three common themes come up each year:(1) Intellectual Property – Who owns the idea for the business,(2) Entity Choice – What type of business entity should be formed and when, and (3) Founders Agreement – Who is in charge and how are profits and burdens split.
