ABOUT WILL MCGOVERN
I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in November 2019 and I am a RICS Registered Valuer. I work in the Bank Lending Valuation Team at Knight Frank, within the Commercial Valuation Department. Whilst at Knight Frank, I have been undertaking Red Book valuations of commercial properties (lot sizes c.£1m to c.£190m and both single assets and portfolio’s) principally for secured lending and acquisition purposes for a range of clients including UK and Overseas Banks together with Debt Funds, Institutions, Prop Co\'s and Private Investors. My recent experience has focused on the Industrial, Office and Retail Warehouse sectors. I have been involved in large scale distribution units, multi-let industrial estates, town centre offices, business parks and retail parks across London, the South East and further afield.
