ABOUT WILL MASON

As a Business Developer at edease, I help global HR departments, talent acquisition teams and education providers remove the guesswork from recruitment and make smarter, faster hiring decisions. How? By helping them save time, and improve ROI and company growth with behavioural science and job education. Prior to working at edease I attended the University of Sussex, where I completed BA Philosophy and an MSc in Marketing Strategy. While at the UoS, I became deeply passionate about helping young people escape the old-CV-AI-screened world by leveraging in demand strengths and skills, and using these insights to find jobs they’re naturally suited to thrive in. Since my final year of university we’ve seen a labour market paradigm shift in candidate evaluation, from degrees and work experience to skills and competencies. Everyday more businesses are changing from hiring the smartest people, to screening for the traits and fundamental skill sets that actually matter.
