Duties and responsibilities include: providing pre-show training and set-up assistance for on site operators; managing system firmware, software, and database setups; troubleshooting and solving potential hardware/software issues; configuring and maintaining stats databases; providing software and hardware updates. Additionally I provide remote after-hours support for AJT Livebook Systems graphics software systems.
