About Will Kralovec

Social impact business entrepreneur, real estate developer/investor, mentor, connector, writer, painter, thinker, and friend of humanity. Early life inspirations came from extensive world travel, exposure to art & architecture, and time spent in nature. It also came from being around interesting people since a child. I learned from them to always be curious, and to seek out the \"texture of life.\" I also was taught to work diligently, be focused, collaborate with the best, maintain high integrity, and show respect. My education was wide-ranging and worldly. I\'ve learned much from strong college liberal arts studies and 3 master\'s. I have traveled to 50+ countries, and have studied overseas in Geneva, Switzerland and Rome, Italy. Understanding the world, its cultures, geopolitics, and the diversity of humanity molded me to be open-minded. Years ago, I learned a guiding life principle from a sage university professor in Geneva, Switzerland. He was a crusty old Spaniard with one eye, a foul mouth, and an overall countenance to match. But he loved teaching inquisitive minds. As such, he embolden his students that in life you must \"reach for the ceiling and not the window sill.\" That lesson never left me; it was burned into my cerebral cortex forever. I now never let small thinkers stop me from reaching for the ceiling. Partly due to that life principle, I today am an authentic, unapologetic, heart-centered person. I push limits, speak out, and advocate for greater change and impact in the world. In general, I work to eliminate barriers to possibilities. For ALL people. Because humanity will not evolve until all people have the opportunity to reach their full potential. My multi-disciplined career has included experience in all three economic sectors, and in many size organizations. Today I use social impact business seeking to help address some of our myriad social, cultural, economic, and environmental challenges. I manage a social impact real estate development company (a Certified B Corp), and am involved in 3D printed houses, senior housing, and the early stages of other social impact ventures. I too am a social observer and writer - currently authoring a book about social impact business. My approach to life is best characterized by the words of John F. Kennedy,\"I\'m an idealist without illusion.\" NOTE: I\'m looking for thought-partners to implement social impact business ventures.
