Hello! and thank you for visiting my profile!A consistent thread throughout my life has been a passion for people, personal and ‘inner development’ and generally learning to show up as my most authentic self. A search for deeper meaning and truth about our own unique journeys has underpinned all of this.Living more fully into my life\'s roles as a husband, father, son, and friend, and all the growth those entail, has led me to creating safe and welcoming spaces for others to explore their own meaningful paths. Here we can find some of the toughest growth but it\'s also where the richest rewards exist.So, who do I typically work with?Often the people or groups I work with are at some kind of crossroads, or simply unsure where or what to do next. They might be burnt out, or lacking inspiration, or asking what’s now?Because of that I work with all kinds of people, individually and in groups to explore questions they may be facing, support them in deciding the next best step with a dilemma, or to make decisions with greater integrity, choices that align with who they are on the deepest level.With my background a Chartered Accountant and finance leader in industry, I have also really enjoyed working with other finance professionals in one-to-one coaching and I would love to develop this further and work more with finance teams, as I believe they are so important to any organisational success. I feel very lucky to have been a member of the first European cohort of facilitators prepared by The Centre for Courage and Renewal and everything I do, in work and life, is informed by this very special work. Having developed a particular interest in supporting other men on their mental wellbeing and in finding purpose in their lives, I jointly host an annual in-person Circle for Men, each November in Suffolk, UK.
