Within the broad field of Tax Law, our firm specializes in the areas of Tax Problems, Estates, Estate Litigation, Buying/Selling Businesses, and Business Planning. Our goal is to be large enough to provide effective legal services in complex areas of the law; but, not so large that we lose touch with the individual needs of our clients. We frequently work with CPA, Law, and Financial Firms as a member of their Client Services Team. Such \"Team\" approach not only provides the client with expertise in our specialized areas of the law, but also impresses the client as to the depth of the originating firm\'s resources.In today\'s complex legal environment, there is a tremendous need to bridge the gap between accounting, tax, legal compliance, and profitability.
