At Silverstone, I lead with heart and purpose. My role centres around shaping a school culture that lives and breathes our core values: kindness, integrity, pride, and determination. I’ve been proud to lead the development of The Silverstone Way-a shared approach that puts relationships at the heart of everything we do.A big part of my work is helping us move away from traditional, punitive behaviour systems. Instead, I focus on building a culture where students and staff feel respected, understood, and supported. I lead on relational practice across the school, supporting colleagues to create positive, restorative environments where everyone can thrive.I also lead on safeguarding, making sure every child and adult in our community feels safe, valued, and empowered. I believe that strong relationships are the foundation of great learning, and I’m passionate about helping others grow in confidence and connection.Highlights- Leading the whole-school shift to relational, non-punitive behaviour approaches- Embedding The Silverstone Way into daily practice and culture- Supporting staff through coaching, training, and collaborative development- Leading safeguarding with care, clarity, and consistency- Driving change that improves wellbeing, relationships, and outcomes
