About Will Huebner
I\'m currently a Development Associate at Lincoln Avenue Communities, one of the largest affordable housing developers in the US (#1 Developer in the US in 2024). I\'m very passionate about affordable housing and LIHTC, and am thrilled to have the opportunity to work in it in my first job post-grad. Previously, I was a co-founder at the Real Estate Roundup, a weekly newsletter sent to thousands of real estate professionals on everything you need to know happening in the commercial real estate world. I graduated from Babson College in May of 2023 where I was the President of the Babson Real Estate Club and brought in high-performing real estate entrepreneurs and professionals to speak to our members on a biweekly basis. I also pursued opportunities in affordable housing development and solar development as an intern at Summit Capital Venture Group, a real estate investment and development firm based in Denver, CO. Before getting into the real estate industry, I co-founded and bootstrapped an influencer marketing startup from 0 to 6 figures in 6 months.
