In my current role at Directed Capital, I focus on managing our pipeline of new investment opportunities spanning both loan acquisitions and originations. Simultaneously, I manage a portfolio encompassing diverse assets including commercial real estate loans, fee simple real estate, line of credit or asset based loans, and operating businesses. I have analyzed hundreds of possible loan acquisitions and originations which have comprised hundreds of millions of dollars.I have significant experience in real estate valuation, operating business valuation, financial modeling, risk and return analysis, legal document review, and credit analysis. I hold a Bachelor\'s Degree from Rollins College and an MBA from The University of Florida.
