ABOUT WILL HITCH
I have worked in the construction industry since 2004 across UK, Asia and the Middle East. In 2014 I set up Compass Project Consulting in Dubai to create a client focussed and people first approach to consulting in the Middle East. Since then and under my leadership the business grew into a multiple award-winning Project and Cost Management company with 4 offices across the UAE and KSA covering projects across the GCC. At the end of 2022 I became a Non-Executive Director of Compass whilst moving back to the UK to focus on family and reintegration to the UK. In February 2024 I divested my interests in Compass leaving the company in very capable hands of my partners.In May 2023 I joined Motion PM whom are a dynamic and no nonsense management solution for clients across the UK. In March 2024 I set up BMBM Property Group to invest in exciting real estate projects across the UK.
