Succesfully implemented and onboarded a new ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to be used business wide for recruitment in 2024.Supported and helped drive the campaign of open evenings for a huge drive on recruitment in the Neighbourhood Officer roles across 3 different areas, Birmingham, Coventry & Worcester, recruiting over 15 Neighbourhood Officers for CitizenSourced & Recruited for a multitude of roles across the business saving the business over 40K in the first year of employment.Provide a consultative recruitment partner approach across the business dealing with several stakeholders and hiring managers.Implemented pre screening questions into shortlisting criteria for our customer service roles, helping increase successful recruitment up in the customer service area with 0 unsuccesful campaigns within the last 2 years.
