Prior to joining Lloyds to spearhead the redevelopment of their Scottish HQ Building in Edinburgh, Will worked with Osborne+Co for 6 years heading up the company\'s Scottish business leading the development teams on several major commercial, build to rent and mixed-use developments including JP Morgan’s new European Tech Hub in Glasgow (an office building of circa sqft), Lancefield Quay, a 730 unit build to rent scheme in Glasgow and Met Tower, a mixed use office and hotel scheme of circa a non executive director, Will also advises Potter Space, a family owned UK property company working closely with the team to define and implement a 5 year business plan of active asset management and redevelopment transforming a dated industrial portfolio into a lower risk opportunity- led property business.Drawing on extensive investment and development experience, his skills include acquisition, planning negotiation, development management, funding, marketing, value-add refrubishment and leasing strategy work. Will has substantial experience in commercial real estate market spanning the UK, Far East and Middle East with a focus on major commercial and mixed-use development projects. Operating at Director level for over 28 years, Will brings a wealth of market knowledge and an ability to quickly assimilate new markets. Driven, accomplished and an excellent networker, he offers a highly professional and innovative approach to deal origination, design optimisation and value engineering, investment strategy and development management. He has held senior positions at JLL, Matrix Fund Management, Kenmore Property Group and prior to joining Osborne+Co was Managing Director for the UK of Robertson Property, the commercial development arm of the Robertson Group, one of UKs largest privately owned construction and property services companies.
