Responsible for developing an engaging and relevant training curriculum aligned with business objectives, leadership competencies, including core organisational values. Collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and department heads from across the international group to tailor content to company goals and leadership expectations. Lead blended, virtual and traditional training sessions ensuring interactive, impactful and meaningful learning experiences. Embed company values and desired behaviours into all aspects of the training to reinforce a consistent organisational culture. Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback; continuously improve materials based on insights. Monitor participant progress and maintain records to report outcomes and demonstrate ROI to leadership. Also responsible for the creation and management of the external facing ‘self-service’ suite of digital fisttraining materials. Undertake training needs analysis for major customer accounts, as they are onboarded. Initiate and maintain training model options for customers and colleagues to support ongoing continuous improvements and new system release updates. Collaboratively work with the product and technology teams during PEXA’s release management lifecycle, to update training materials, review release notes and communicate changes. Maintain accurate learning paths and training records for all employees. Co-ordinate the ‘shaking out’ of PEXA’s training environment following the deployment of each release.Determine whether updates are required to existing resources and/or what new collateral is required to support each system release or business initiative. Ensure appropriate processes are in place to regularly review and update training material in line with any change. Continually look to enhance the PEXA UK training model, through training evaluation and results against key performance indicators.
