His role included designing the logistics carveout blueprint, executing the carveout implementation plan to stand up the logistics function for the $1B carved-out entity, and supporting go-live after separation. Additionally, implemented network optimization and cost improvement initiatives to minimize dis-synergies at separation• Established and led the transformation management office and drove 9+ key initiatives for a $500M+ transportation and supply chain management company resulting in $23M+ of savings and improvements in several key service metrics. The key initiatives driven included strategic sourcing of freight carriers, development of an operations playbook, implementation of GRIs, restructuring and improvement of the planning, expedite, and fleet management org and processes• Implemented opportunities in logistics and direct procurement for a $2B biopharma and healthcare solutions company resulting in >$20M of savings. The key activities involved evaluating spend categories, executing sourcing strategies, and evaluating the logistics network (including execution of optimization opportunities)• Led a network optimization and contract manufacturing sourcing project for a leading plant-based pediatric formula company. The team conducted a spend assessment, end-to-end network optimization analysis, warehouse greenfield analysis, and sourced contract manufacturers, warehouses, and freight providers yielding ~$15M of savings• Additional experience with 20+ other clients / projects
