ABOUT WILL GOSLING
As a Human Capital Partner, I\'m working with my clients to help them respond to the major workforce disruptions triggered by the pandemic, the macroeconomic downturn, new technology and demographic change. Key areas of focus include restructuring and reskilling the workforce, transforming the HR function to embrace automation, AI, agile work methods and offshoring as well as building new organisations through carve outs and merger integrations. I believe the automation of work will bring huge benefits to society but it will also present profound challenges for businesses and governments to re-skill the workforce to deliver the productivity opportunity that technologies such as AI promise. I\'m working with clients across the Technology, Media and Telecomms sector to help them that value creation is achieved for employees, customers and shareholders.
