I lead a great team responsible for the coordination and integration of spatial and real-time data into the Cabinet\'s business. On the GIS side, we provide a GIS Help Desk, regular transportation-focused GIS training, develop mobile, desktop and web GIS applications and generally work to help our customers deliver a safe and efficient transportation system for the state of Kentucky. We currently support 250+ desktop GIS customers as well as a wealth of web (ArcServer/AGOL) and mobile solutions to support the Cabinet\'s users as well as the public. On the Big Data side, we integrate more than a dozen real-time data feeds to synthesize over 150 million records a day to deliver different dashboards, maps, etc. to decision makers and the traveling public to help people make informed decisions and stay safe.We work hard and have a lot of fun while we do it. We\'ve won several of ESRI\'s Special Achievement in GIS Awards as well as other national and state awards.I am actively working to streamline data flow throughout the transportation ecosystem. I am a member of AASHTO\'s Committee on Data Management and Analytics, and the Joint Subcommittee on Data Standardization (Vice-Chair). I\'m also AASHTO\'s representative on buildingSmart International\'s Infrastructure Domain Steering Committee (IDSC) and their representative on the Standards Committee Technical Executive (SCTE). I completed my membership of AASHTO\'s AASHTOWare Technology and Application Architecture Task Force in June 2024 and was honored with AASHTOWare\'s Prismatic Legacy Award in 2023.I embrace the quote,\"Be the change that you want to see in the world!\"
