About Will Ford
Oversee the production, operations, and distribution logistics of one of the world\'s largest coffee companies. Passionate about delivering complex beverage solutions at a global scale in multiple formats, from roasting to ready-to-drink.Since joining Westrock Coffee in 2016, I have worked in several of its entities around the world, focusing on various aspects of the coffee trade. Collectively we have improved efficiencies, expanded capacities, and launched new products and markets. In 2021, I helped oversee the construction of the first international manufacturing facility in Malaysia. Present day we are building the largest roasting to ready-to-drink facility in the US. I hold a master\'s degree in Coffee Economics and Science from the University of Udine, Italy, and a bachelor\'s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Baylor University.
