About Will Eiben
I\'m a recent college graduate as of this past May and am from Richmond, VA. During my summers in college I worked for a real estate investment fund and during the school year completed my major in government with a concentration in American politics at the University of Virginia. The combination of my interest in real estate and the government led me to take a close look at government subsidized affordable housing. During my junior year of college I started a business working to utilize a government housing program called the housing choice voucher program or HCV for short. During the school year, I also worked as the primary leasing agent for the largest student housing property holder in Charlottesville, VA, which gave me a behind the scenes look at the operations of a very large real estate portfolio. My company, Anchor Homes, has completed its first 10 single family rental units to help aid the affordable housing crisis. Please check out our business page for photos and more information!
