As an Event Operations Supervisor with Associated Students, Inc.(ASI) at Cal Poly, my primary responsibilities include overseeing event logistics and ensuring smooth execution of a wide range of campus events such as banquets, concerts, job fairs, and more. I serve as the main point of contact for event organizers and attendees, coordinating with support teams to address any issues and providing on-site customer service.In this role, I’m responsible for ensuring safety, enforcing policies, supervising event staff, and managing crowd control. I also assist with event setup and takedown as needed, helping to create a positive and inclusive experience for all participants. My position requires flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality event support.
