Our team saves the American dream by offering various services to small business through email, SMS, and phone call interactions with our organization. Behind the scenes, the Rep Experience team has built tools to ensure borrowers are partnered with the correct teams at our organization to address their specific requirements. We also pride ourselves on what we\'ve built and ensure it stays up-to-date and functioning like a well-oiled machine. Whether it\'s meeting with our stakeholders to align on initiatives, working with service providers to shape our integrations with them, or reaching out to the individual software engineer to ensure their needs are met, I work to ensure our team can move forward with ideal momentum.
